General
- ReservationsReservations are made on the website, via e-mail, via social media, or by phone. Submission of the booking form online will not guarantee the reservation. Once your form is submitted, it will be reviewed by one of our agents, and they will respond with instructions on how to finalize the booking.
- Bank TransferPayments can be deposited or transferred into our bank accounts listed below. The deposit/transfer slip should be sent to info@zriadventures.com for proof of payment.
- Online GatewayPayHere provides us with an online payment gateway. A 3% convenience fee is added for card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), HelaPay, and mobile wallet payments (Frimi, Genie, iPay, Q Plus, Sampath Vishwa). You can choose to pay in three installments via Kokopay or Mintpay. A 10% convenience fee is added for Kokopay and Mintpay payments.
- DisclaimerPlease note, we act only as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf.
- EmergenciesHas there been an emergency? We understand. Please communicate your issue with us as soon as humanly possible, so that we may adequately address your needs with regards to your order. We are available by email, WhatsApp and chat during standard business hours.
Payments
- All extras, apart from the items mentioned in the package inclusions, will be priced separately.
- Advance payment is mandatory to secure online reservations. Prior to finalizing the reservation, you will be asked to make an advanced payment of 25% of the total package value. The balance should be paid on or before the commencement of the tour.
- Reservations will be prioritized in the order of our receipt of advance payments. To ensure that your reservation will be confirmed for your requested date, we advise you to pay the advance as soon as possible.
- The option of making full payment upon confirmation of booking is available.
- Full payment has to be settled prior to receiving any of our services.
- Any breakage or damage to any items or equipment will be charged to the respective individuals or organizing committee.
- Prepayments or cash vouchers can be used as part or full payment for any trip on the site and are valid for six months. Prepayments cannot be exchanged for cash at any time and will be converted back into credit if the trip is cancelled for any reason.

Cancellations and refunds
- The customer may cancel or postpone any of our services reserved at any time.
- Date changes will be allowed free of charge.
- Travelers will be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the experience.
- However, if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of prior to commencement of the experience, refund will only be considered after deducting any costs incurred. The refund is not guaranteed in this case.
- The activities might be delayed or postponed due to adverse weather.
- Whenever possible, the cancellation or postponement of activities will be informed at the time of reservation after consulting weather reports.
- If any adverse weather conditions crop up during the trip, there will be no refund but we will reschedule to the next available date as per your convenience or provide you with a different package option of the same value.
- In the event of a cancellation or termination initiated by our company, we will refund you the full amount paid, deducting banking and border crossing fees.

Rentals
- We would be needing the following documents before we rent out to you.
- (If you don't have local proof of address/ID, we hate to do it, but orders will be cancelled)
- Your rental begins when you pick up the equipment.
- Your rental must be returned to its pick up location before the cut-off-time, failure to do so will result in a late fee.
- For your security, get a receipt from whoever you are dropping your gear off with for return.
- We request a 50% deposit to process your order. We understand it can be inconvenient or in some cases not feasible to put down a large deposit, and therefore we will always communicate with you before charging any deposit. We evaluate every order and do reserve the right to ask for a deposit if we feel it's necessary. In all cases, we will do our best to work with you towards the best solution for both parties.
